Oriente e Occidente, tra atmosfere Seventies e lanterne come luci. Il gusto di Xinge è un acquario che si accende nella notte, un punto riconoscibile e forte. The drinks of Il gusto di Xinge. DrinXinge. Drinx. More than a cocktail bar, a space dedicated to high mixology with incursions of extreme creativity and a twist of eccentricity. The fil rouge that links food and drink finds its maximum expression in Drinx. Trust, intuition, dream, desire are the emotions that drive the signature cocktails. Matcha tea, sake, katsuobushi and sakura recall the Orient and travels to distant countries. Artichoke, gentian and truffles speak of known and recognized places. A cocktail list in which the unusual is the rule, amazement is at home, curiosity is the life force. It’s the Drinx cocktail list, impossible not to recognize.
